    I’ve had similar experiences with failing SSDs – those “Media and Data Integrity Errors” are definitely a red flag. What’s concerning here is the high number of unsafe shutdowns (106) combined with the integrity errors. Even though SMART shows “PASSED,” I’d immediately backup everything and replace this drive. The 129 media errors alone would make me nervous about data corruption, especially with system freezes already happening.
